Returns.

We do not accept returns on any items, only exchange on purchased items.


Exchanges
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a exchange, you can exchange your item from our physical shops within 3 days. or you can contact us at support@tawqeetjo.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a delivery man to your location to take your product and after 7 to 10 working days we will deliver your new product.

note: delivery fees will be charged, and after we receive the product that you want to exchange if its not in good condition ,or the product without tag and stickers, or used. we will deliver back the product to you and the exchange is rejected.

note: your exchanges should be at the same price or above the first item price.

note: Items sent back to us without first requesting, the exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.
